1、提要目的：本研究采用隔药灸脐法与隔淀粉灸脐法分别治疗原发性痛经，观察两种治疗方法对患者前列腺素、雌二醇、孕酮激素水平的影响，试图阐释隔药灸脐法治疗原发性痛经的作用机制及药物在脐疗中的作用。方法：将完成研究的66例原发性痛经患者随机分为两组，隔药灸脐组33例，隔淀粉灸脐组33例。观察治疗前后腹痛严重程度和前列腺素、雌二醇、孕酮含量的变化，对比两组的差异。结果：隔药灸脐组和隔淀粉灸脐组均能明显减轻患者腹痛严重程度，与治疗前相比，均具有极显著性差异，但隔药灸脐组疗效优于隔淀粉灸脐组；隔药灸脐组和隔淀粉灸脐

2、组均能降低原发性痛经患者前列腺素的含量，升高孕酮的含量；隔药灸脐组能显著降低雌二醇的含量，而隔淀粉灸脐组则对此项激素水平无明显改善。结论：灸脐法治疗原发性痛经疗效显著；在改善患者腹痛严重程度及生殖内分泌激素水平方面，隔药灸脐法优于隔淀粉灸脐法；隔药灸脐法治疗原发性痛经的作用机制可能是通过调整机体丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴来平衡体内生殖内分泌水平，从而达到治疗痛经的目的的；隔药灸脐法及隔淀粉灸脐法对生殖内分泌激素水平的调整差异与药物相关。关键词脐疗；原发性痛经；生殖内分泌激素ClinicalStudyonPr
