1、提要目的：本研究采用隔药灸脐法和无药灸脐法治疗原发性痛经，观察两种治疗方法在代谢组学机制上的差异，试图阐释隔药灸脐法治疗原发性痛经的作用机理。方法：将20例原发性痛经患者随机分成两组，其中隔药灸脐组10例，无药灸脐组10例。对治疗前与介入治疗后患者血、尿样本进行处理及代谢组学分析，比较两组之间的差异。结果：隔药灸脐法和无药灸脐法治疗原发性痛经的代谢产物谱发生了显著变化，其中变化较为显著的为氨基酸类、类固醇类及生物碱类等代谢物，这些代谢产物主要涉及到氨基酸代谢、类固醇代谢等过程。灸脐法均可以通过雌二醇、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺和氧自由基含量，

2、提高孕酮、一氧化氮含量解除子宫平滑肌痉挛从而缓解痛经。与无药灸脐组相比，隔药灸脐组可以直接通过降低前列腺素和钙离子的含量来缓解痛经，同时在降低雌二醇、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺和氧自由基含量，升高孕酮和一氧化氮含量来缓解痛经方面优于无药灸脐组。结论：隔药灸脐组中的药物能够加强灸脐法的治疗效果，其机制主要是通过降低前列腺素、雌二醇、去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺、氧自由基和钙离子含量，升高孕酮和一氧化氮含量从而直接调控胞宫机能来治疗原发性痛经。关键词原发性痛经；隔药灸脐；无药灸脐；代谢组学ResearchontheDifferenceofMetabono
