1、提要目的：通过肺抑瘤合剂对ⅢB、Ⅳ期肺腺癌合并胸腔积液患者的临床疗效观察，探讨肺抑瘤合剂治疗肺癌的作用机制，为中医药治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肺腺癌患者提供理论依据，并研究中医药对于胸腔积液治疗的可行性。方法：将符合纳入标准的90例ⅢB、Ⅳ期肺腺癌并伴有胸腔积液患者随机分为三组，其中中药组30例，中药加免疫支持组30例，化疗加免疫支持组30例。观察主症（咳嗽、咯血、发热、胸痛、气急等）的变化、病灶变化、生存期比较、生活状态KPS评分比较、肿瘤标记物的参数变化、血清VEGF的变化。结果：结果显示，三组治疗后有效率比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05），肺抑瘤合剂加免疫支持组有效率
2、优于其他两组（P＜0.05），纯中药组疗效优于化疗加免疫支持组（P＜0.05）；三组治疗后细胞因子水平变化较治疗前有统计学差异（P＜0.05），血清VEGF都有所下降（P＜0.05）。结论：肺抑瘤合剂可以显著减轻患者的主要症状，提升了肺癌患者的生存质量，延长了患者生存时间，减轻了患者的经济负担，为中医药治疗肺癌提供了行之有效的方法。关键词肺抑瘤合剂；ⅢB、Ⅳ期肺腺癌；伴有胸腔积液ClinicalResearchandeffectonlevelsofserumVEGFandⅢB、ⅣLungadenocarcinomaoftraditionalChineseme
