2、化生长因子131(TGF一131)诱导的肝星状细胞TGF.131.Smad信号传导通路的影响。实验共分5组,A组:空白组,B组:TGF.131组(浓度为10ng/m1),C组:SAMe(2mmol/L)+TGF一131组(浓度为10ng/m1),D组:SAMe(4mmol/L)+TGF.131组(浓度为10ng/m1),E组:SAMe(8mmol/L)+TGF-131组(浓度为10ng/m1)。采用western.blot方法检测SAMe对TGF.131诱导的HSC表达I型胶原蛋白(COL一1)及TGF.131信号传导相关分子Smad3、Smad4的影响。结果:(1)CCK.8实验表
