3、ovationperformanceinanefficientwayandwhichfactorsaffecttheinnovationperformancebecomestllekevofenhancingenterprises’competitiveness．Basedonthedomesticandforeignresealches，thisdissertationanalyzestherelationshipbetweenthetopmanagementteam(TMT)heterogeneityandiIlIlovationperformanceandsele
