2、ackgroundHemophagocyticlymphohistocytosis(HLH),alsoknownashemophagocyticsyndrome(HPS),isaseriouslife-threateningandeasilymissedultra-inflammatoryresponsesyndrome,andismorecommoninchildhood,withclinicalmanifestationsofcomplexanddiverse,theextremelyrapiddisea
3、seprogressionandhighmortalityrate.Earlydiagnosisiscriticaltoreducemortalityofpatients.Currently,becauselackofarecognizedhighspecificitydiagnosticcriteriaandtheverificationgoldstandard,diagnosedassoonaspossibleremainsaseriouschallengeforclinicians.Monocytes/
4、macrophageshemoglobinscavengerreceptor(CD163)isatransmembraneglycoproteinexpressingonactivatedmonocytesandmacrophagesmembrane.ThestudyshowedthatCD163candirectlyactivatemonocytesandmacrophagesintracellularsignaltransductionpathways,adjusttheexpressionofinfla
