2、cturesignificantlyincreased,to21daysalmosttheentirefieldunderthemicroscopecovered,whichissimilartothatinthethree-dimensionalgelmatrixlumenstructure.AndtheDil-ac-LDLabsorptionsignificantlyincreasedcomparedtotheformer.WhilethesurfaceofvascularendothelialcellmarkersCD34,CDH5andFLK-1appearspositiv

3、eafterinduction.Itwasnotonlythesameasvascularendothelialcellinmorphology,butalsothecellactivityandcellsurfacemarkerexpressionareconsistentwiththethem.ThepGV-siCIB1groupwhichdoesn’tshowthemarkersofvascularendothelialcellafter21days′inducd.Therewasneitherthelumenstructure,smallvesselendothelialc

4、ellsnorexpressedmarkersCD34,CDH5orFLK-1.TheabsorptionofDil-ac-LDLwasalsonotincreased.ExperimentalresultsshowedtheNCgroupafterinducdwasconsistentwiththeresultsofnormalhUC-MSCsafterinduction,itwasprovedthatCIB1playedanimportantroleintheprocesshUC-MSCsdifferentiateintovascularendothelialcellsConc
