4、ection、therateoffusion，theVAS、IOD，JOAscorepreoperativeandpostoperationtoevaluatethecurativeeffect．ResuItsAtotalof57patientsfinishedthefollow—upstudy，themeanageis45±6．9yearsold．TheoperationtimeofthetypeIgroupwerelowercomparetothetypeIIgroup(卢0．027)andthecontrolgroup(P=O．024)．ThetypeIIgrou

5、pwereolderthanthetypeIgroup(户0．000)andthecontrolgroup(户0．034)．NosignificantdifferencewasfoundinthebloodlossofthethreegrouDs．ThepreoperativeVASandODIscoreswerefoundsignificanthigherinthetypeIgroupcomparetotheothertwogroups．TherewasnoremarkabledifferenceinpreoperativeJoAscorebetweenthreegr

6、oups．TheimprovementofVASandODIscoreswerebetterinthetypeIgroup，thetypeIIgroupwassimilartothecontrolgroup．TheCobb’SangleandthedistanceoftheupperandunderendIIIplatesofthethreegroupswassignificantincreaseaftertheoperation，butinthelastfollow—up，TheCobb’Sanglewerefoundsignificantdecrease．Thefu
