4、livercancer,andrelapseandmetastasisarestillthemainfactorsinfluencingprognosisoflivercancer.Therefore,tostrengthentheresearchofinvasionandmetastasisoflivercancermolecularmechanisms,miningmeaningfultransferofmolecularmarkersoflivercancer,searchingfornewco
5、ntroltargets,iscurrentlyoneofthehotspotoflivercancer.HMGB1belongstoHMG(highmobilitygroup,HMG)ofthemembersofthefamily,inthe1970Sfoundincalfthymus,isakindofabundantnucleoprotein,ABSTRACTmolecularmass,about30kd,existinalleukaryotes.HMGB1geneswerelocatedonc
6、hromosome13q12,containsfourfiveexonsandintrons,codingproteincontaining215aminoacids.HMGB1ishighlyconservative,humanandrodentwithgreaterthan99%aminoacidsequencehomology,exactlythesameasthatofaminoacidsequenceofratsandmiceHMGB1isdifferentbecauseoftheircel
