2、eunderstandingsabouttheeliniealsignifieaneeofbonemarrowedema(BME)innonirallnlaiieosteoneerosisoffemoralhead.Methods:FromJune2008toJune2009，28Patients(45hiPs)withNONFHweretreated.Therewere23malesand5femalswithanaverageageof40years(20一75years).Thediseasecouxsewasfrom2monthsto10years.BMEwas

3、identifiedgradeotograde2aceordingtoMRI.CorrelationofBMEwasevaluatedtoPaingrade，stagesofosteonecrosisoffemoralhead，jointeffusiongradeandeollaPseofthefemoralhead.ContingeneytableanalyseswasusedtoeomParethediffereneeofthem.Results:ThetotalineidencerateofBMEwas75.56%(34/45).Theineideneerates

5、aNoeollapseofthe35hiPs，24easesshowedbonemarrowedema.Collapseandnon一eollapseofthebonemarrowedemarateswerel00%and68.57%.Theformerwashigherthanlatter.Thetestshowedeorrelationinbothofthem.Only1in4cases(25%)withjointe肋sionshowedbonemarowedema.33easesofthe41hiPswithgradel一3jointeffijsionshowed
