1、摘要湍蛙属隶属于两栖纲无尾目蛙科,作为蛙科各属中较为庞大的一个类群,全世界分布有45个种。目前关于湍蛙属两栖类皮肤分泌物中抗菌肽的报道较少,对于湍蛙属两栖类抗菌肽结构和功能方面的研究仍很匮乏。本研究利用蛋白质纯化技术结合蛋白质组学技术,首次成功从分布于中国西南部山区的华南湍蛙皮肤提取物中纯化并鉴定出3种新型抗菌肽,确定了他们的分子结构和功能活性。同时成功从华南湍蛙cDNA文库中克隆到5条抗菌肽cDNA序列,能够推导出5条不同的抗菌肽前体,并能够释放5种不同的成熟抗菌肽。这些成熟肽中的其中3条与纯化出抗菌肽结构相同。经分析这5条抗菌肽隶属于2个多肽
