1、状及体征消失。无效：血HCG下降程度不满意(按时检查血HCG下降程度<20％)或血HCG持续不降或升高，B超提示瘢痕处包块无明显缩小或包块增大，阴道流血淋漓不净或流血量多于月经量，腹痛。4．统计学分析方法：数据应用SPSSl8．0统计软件进行分析。等级资料采用Ridit分析，计数资料采用x2检验，计量资料采用t检验。结果：1．治疗组13例中治愈9例，显效2例，无效2例，总有效率84．62％；对照组12例中治愈5例，显效1例，无效6例，总有效率50．00％。两组总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>O．05)。2．对两组中治疗有效的病例进行统计学分析，治疗组在使血HCG下降、妊娠包块缩小程度

2、、包块消失时间等方面其疗效与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P0．05)。结论：本课题研究提示化瘀消癜汤联合甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮的中西医结合治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕部位妊娠是安全有效的，且疗效优于单纯运用西药甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮的治疗。根据各种药物的作用机制，该中西医治疗的作用机理可能与改善血液流变性，促进凝血块分解吸收，杀胚，消炎、抗菌、止痛，调节免疫机能有关。因此，我们要发挥中西医结合治疗的优势，最大程度的恢复患者的身体健康。关键词：剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕部位妊娠；少腹血瘀之实证；化瘀消癜汤；甲氨蝶呤；
