1、南昌大学硕士学位论文南昌地税绩效管理研究姓名：喻子近申请学位级别：硕士专业：公共管理指导教师：黄新建20071106摘要提高部门工作绩效，是公共部门始终追求的一个基本目标，也是新公共管理追求的基本方向。在公共部门管理的众多模式和方法中，绩效管理由于对公共部门效率和责任的强调，注重结果导向和对公民公共服务需求的回应，成为公共部门进行有效资源配置、提高政府效率的一个重要手段，成为世界各国行政改革的趋势。作为承担依法治税和组织财政收入等重要任务的南昌市地税局，其工作绩效如何历来受到南昌市、江西省地税局以及社会各界广泛的关注。建立科学可行的绩效管理体系，以管理创新进一步推动公平公正执法、以最少的投入
