2、nandsilychristineisahepatoprotectiVeagentthatiswidelyusedtotreatvariouskindsofliverdisorders.However,silymarinisslightlysolubleinwater,withlowlipidsolubilityfollowedbylowbioavailabilityafteroraladministration,whichconsiderablycompromisethetherapeuticefficacyofsil
3、ymarin.Dehydrosilymarinweprepared,anoxidizedformofsilymarin,exhibitedgreaterpharmacologicalactivityincomparisonwithsilymarin.Nevertheless,thewater-solubilityofdehydrosilymarinWasalsoverypoor,whichdiscountedthefavorableeffectivenessofdehydrosilymarin.Toincreasethe
4、solubilityofdehydrosilymarineffectively,improveitsoralbioavailability,andpreparenewdosageformswhicharesuitableforindustrialproduction,lipidnanoparticlesofdehydrosilymarin—phospholipidcomplexweredesignedanddevelopedinourpaper.Priortothepreparationoflipidnanopartic
5、les,weproduceddehydrosilymarinphospholipidcomplexinitiallywhichwasconvenientfortheformationofproliposomesandself-microemulsifyingdrugdeliverysystem(SEDDS).Differentmethodswereemployedtoevaluatelipidnanoparticlescorrespondingly.Thewholepaperisorganizedintofourpart
