3、ytheparticlediameterandzetapotentialofSLNinsuspension.Theentrapmentefficiencywasdeterminedbysephadexgelchromatographyandhighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC).ThestabilityofSLNwasalsostudied.RESULTS:TheSILSLNpreparedbyultrasonicationwasplateletshapedandirregular,andtheSILSLNpreparedbyhighp
4、ressurehomogenizationwassphericalandregularinshape.TheparticlediametersofSILSLNpreparedbyultrasonicationandhighpressurehomogenizationwere(165±7)nmand(157±6)nmseparately(P<0.05).TheZetapotentialswere(-28.35±2.72)mvand(-35.36±2.68)mvseparately(P<0.001).Theentrapmentefficiencieswere(90.59±
5、0.89)%and(95.64±1.33)%(P<0.001)separately.SILSLNpreparedbyhighpressurehomogenizationshowedsufficientlongtermstabilitywithonlyslightparticlegrowth(P>0.05)afterstorageatroomtemperaturefor4weeks.CONCLUSION:Highpressurehomogenizationisdemonstratedtobeamoresuitablemethodthanultrasonicationtopre
