2、f-smoothtonguesole(Cynoglossussemilaevis)isanimportantcommercialflatfishinChina.Twofeedingexperimentswerecarriedoutinanindoorculturesystemtoinvestigatetheeffectsofdietarylipidandarachidonicacidlevelongrowth,activitiesofdigestiveenzymes,fattyacidcompositionandgenesexpressionofmet
3、abolismrelatedenzymesoflarvaltonguesole.Themainresultsaresummarizedasfollows:1.Effectsofdietarylipidlevelsonsurvival,growth,activitiesofdigestiveenzymesandfattyacidcompositionoflarvalhalf-smoothtonguesole(Cynoglossussemilaevis)A30一dayfeedingtrialwasconductedtoinvestigatetheeffec
4、tsofdietarylipidlevelsonsurvival,growth,activitiesofdigestiveenzymesandfattyacidcompositionofhalf-smoothtonguesole(Cynoglossussemilaevis).Fishoilandphospholipidswereusedasthelipidsources.Fiveisoproteicdietswereformulatedwithgradedlevelsoflipid(6.68%,9.84%,13.47%,17.89%and21.88%d
5、ryweigh0.Eachdietwasrandomlyallocmedtotriplicategroupsof150larvaltonguesole(35DAH,54mg),andliveprey(LP)wereusedasthecontroldiet.Duringthefeedingexperiment,watertemperaturewaskeptat23MoC,salimtyWas30-a:3%oandlightintensityWasabout7.9WM。2duringdaytimeatthewatersurface.Resultsshowe
6、dthat,thesurvivalrate(SR)oflarvaeincreasedsignificantlywithincreasingdietarylipidfrom6.68%to13.47%andthendecreasedsignificantly,butSRinalltreatmentsweremuchlowerthanthecontr01.Thespecificgrowthrates(SGR)oflarvaefedthedietwith13.47%lipidweresignificantlyhigherthanothertreatmentsa
