3、radical(-OH)fromFentonreactionwasmeasuredinvitro;Theantioxidativeactive-tyofSWTPinvivowasmeasuredthroughthekitsofSOD、GSH-Px、MDA.(2)weoptimizedthewaterextractingtechnologyofpolysaccharidesandinvestigatedtheconcentrationsofalcoholusingtheextractionrateandt

4、hecontentsofpolysaccharidesasindex.(3)Onthebasisofoptimizingoptimumalkali,wedeterminedtheoptimalconditionsofalkaliextractingtechnologywiththeNaOHconcentration(A),theextractiontemperature(B),thesolid-liquidratio(C),theextractiontime(D)asinvestigationfacto

5、rs.(4)Onthebasisofdeterminingcellulaseastheapplicableenzyme,1:10assolid-liquidratioandpH5.0asenzymetreatingpH,theoptimalenzymeextractingtechnologywasinvestigatedbyorthogonaldesign.(5)MacorPorousadsorp-tionresinwasadoptedtodecolorizationanddeproteinizatio
