3、wanaresubsidiariesoftheCompany.TheCompanyowns60%sharesofbothLongquanBaowanandNanjingBaowanwhileCNDIholds40%sharesofbothLongquanBaowanandNanjingBaowan.Accordingtothe“ListingrulesofShenzhenStocksExchange”,thetransactionbetweenChixiao,LongquanBaowanandNanjingBaowanconstitutesaconnectedtransactiono
