4、,theestablishmentoftheanimalmodelalsoprovidesthematerialbasisforthefurtherstudy.MethodsLactobacilluscaseicellwallextract(LCWE)wasusedforimmunizationofgeneticallypredisposedmice(BALB/Cmice)toestablishanimalmodelofcoronaryarteritis.Therewere40miceasexperimentalgroupand40miceascontrolgroup.Mice(4
5、-6weeksold)wereperitonealinjectedwith0.5mlofNScontaining0.5mgLCWEorNSalonefor3days,andthen8miceineachgroupweresacrificedondays1,3,5,10and28.Bloodwascollected,andcardiactissuesofmicewereremovedandpreservedinformaldehyde.ThentissuespecimenswerestainedwithHEtoobservethepathologicchanges.After6安徽医
