4、omtheperspectiveofadvancedpur-chasingcostmanagementandproductionpurchasingcosttrackingmanagement,toillustratetheinnovativestudyofthebusinessmodel,procedure,method,toolsofcostmanagementandthee-procurementsystemtorealizetheele-ctronicsystemizeofcostmanagement.B
5、usinessmodel,procedure,methodofadvancedpurchasingcostmanagementreflectsengineeringeconomytheory.Productcostcanbeobtainedfromthedesign.Intermsoftheallowablecostbudget,Engineering,PurchasingandFinancejointlyworktointroducetheDesignConceptSheet(DCS),todothecostb
6、reakdown,valueanalysis,valueengineeringtop-down(vehiclelevel－systemlevel－corecomponentlevel),andtodotheconsolidation,ad-justment,validationoftruecostbottom-up(corecomponentlevel－systemlevel－vehiclelevel).Aftermanyroundsofsupplierassessment,brain-storming,simu
7、ltaneousengineeringsolution,andthroughinternalprogramvalvereviewtofurtherobtainthemanagementdirectionsandapprovalfortechnicalproposaladjustment.Thusthemostoptimizedcostdesignproposalisconfirmedandbought-inbystakeholders.Thecomponentcostcanbemanagedanddecrease
8、dfromtheverybeginning.ThisprocedurehasbeenstartedtoimplementduringSGMnewprogramdevelopment,andaccordinglythewholepackageofmaterialcostdecreaseabout30%comparingwiththebenchmark.Itcoversall
