2、ent,themoldindustryhasbecomeanimportantforceinNinghaiindustrialeconomicdevelopment.Inthe21stcentury,themoldindustrydevelopedslowlyandsoweretheoverallsizeofthebusinesstorise.Theproductinnovationandindustrialdevelopmentneedswerenotconsistent.NowNinghaimoldindustryisfacingamore
3、difficultenvironmentforthegrowthandachievessustainabledevelopmentandtoupgradethedifficultyofincrease,whichseriouslyrestrictedNinghaimoldindustry’supgrade.Accordingtothebasicprinciplesofeconomics,whenthemarketfailedtoallocateresources,thegovernmentshouldinterveneandparticipat
4、einthedevelopment,managingandconfigingthemoldprofessionalhumanresourcesinNinghai.BasedthebackgroundoftheupgradeinNinghaimoldindustry,adetailedanalysisofNinghaimoldhumanresourcesdevelopmentstatuswasshowedincludingthelevelofdemandfromindustrialrestructuringandupgradingplan.The
5、reare3factorsthataffectsthehumanresourcesdevelopmentinNinghaimoldindustry,suchasmoldechelonpersonneltraining,enterprisetalentmanagementlevelandsoon.Dongguan(GuangdongProvince),Shenyang(LiaoningProvince)andTaizhou(ZhejiangProvince)arethe3regionstousetocombinganalysisofmoldind
