2、dindustryhasbecomeanimportantforceinNinghaiindustrialeconomicdevelopment.Inthe21stcentury,themoldindustrydevelopedslowlyandsoweretheoverallsizeofthebusinesstorise.Theproductinnovationandindustrialdevelopmentneedswerenotconsistent.NowNinghaimoldindustryisfacingamoredifficultenvironmentfortheg

3、rowthandachievessustainabledevelopmentandtoupgradethedifficultyofincrease,whichseriouslyrestrictedNinghaimoldindustry’supgrade.Accordingtothebasicprinciplesofeconomics,whenthemarketfailedtoallocateresources,thegovernmentshouldinterveneandparticipateinthedevelopment,managingandconfigingthemol

4、dprofessionalhumanresourcesinNinghai.BasedthebackgroundoftheupgradeinNinghaimoldindustry,adetailedanalysisofNinghaimoldhumanresourcesdevelopmentstatuswasshowedincludingthelevelofdemandfromindustrialrestructuringandupgradingplan.Thereare3factorsthataffectsthehumanresourcesdevelopmentinNinghai

5、moldindustry,suchasmoldechelonpersonneltraining,enterprisetalentmanagementlevelandsoon.Dongguan(GuangdongProvince),Shenyang(LiaoningProvince)andTaizhou(ZhejiangProvince)arethe3regionstousetocombinganalysisofmoldindustryexperienceofotherregionsofthecountryandtoexploretheroleofgovernmentrespon

6、sibilityandtalentdevelopmentinabrasiveoptimizationprocess.Basedontheaboveanalysis,itwasshowedthattheroleofgovernmentandwhatthegovernmentshoulddointhehumanresourcesdevelopmentinNinghaimoldindustry,givingfullplaytotheroleoflocalgovernmenttoactivelyparticipateinthedevelopmentandmanagingandconfi
