3、alCorporation’s.Theresultalsoindicatesthatthecaprolactamofsolventrearrangementcanbepurifieddependingonconventionalrefiningprocess.Onthestudyofkineticsexperiment,akineticmodelisproposedandcorrespondingparametersareestimatedbyusingfloatgeneticalgorithm.TheresultshowsthattheBeckmannrearra
4、ngementofcyclohexanoneoximeinoleumis+accomplishedbyoximeeffectingwithHandSO3apartlyandtheleastratioofsulfuricacidtooximeis1.0theoretically,.Themodelforecaststherelationshipbetweenyieldandreacttimeunderdifferentoperationconditionssuchasmolecularratio,oleumconcentrationandtemperature.The
5、kineticmodelalsoshowsthatthereactionspeedoftheBeckmannrearrangementincreasedwithmolecularratioofsulfuricacidtooximeandoleumconcentration.Sincethehighmolecularratioimpliesmorelow-valueby-product,improvementofoleumconcentrationshouldbeafeasiblemethodofsolventrearrangementinindustryproces
6、s.Statisticstestshowsthatthesimulationresultsagreewellwiththeexperimentaldata.AccordinglyitcanbeusedforthedesignandoptimizationofindustrialBeckmannrearrangementwithsolvent.Inconclusion,thekineticreactionmodelofBeckmannrearrangementofcyclohexoneoximeproposedinthisthesiscanexplainthetheo
