3、hods：1．Thefirstpartanalyzedthestructureofpsychologicalcontractofnursingstaff,whichWasdividedintotwophases．OneWasontheformingofquestionnaires．Theitemswerecollectedbyliteraturereview,interviewandopenresearchanddevelopedbasedonapre—studycarriedoutamong186nurseswhocamefrom9differe

4、nthospitalsinthecentral，easternandsouthernareaofChinathroughconveniencesamplingwithrandomclustersampling，anditemanalysisandexploratoryfactoranalysiswereused．Anotherwasontheformalstudy．Similarly,questionnaireswereconductedin402nurses，somestatisticalmethodssuchasexploratoryfacto
