3、artier.Withdifferentadditivesaddedtothecarrier,alkalineearthmetaloxides(MgO,CaO,BaO),rareearthmetaloxides(La203,Ce02,5m203)andtransitionmetaloxides(Fe203,CoO,CuO,Zr02,Ti02,M003),wefindthatadditivescanimprovetheactivityofthecatalysts,amongwhichMgOistheop
4、timumalkalineearthmetaloxidesandLa203istheoptimumrareearthmetaloxides.WemanufactureaseriesofNi—basedcatalystswhicharemodifiedwithMg,La.Weselect26.1%NiO一6.4%La203]MgAl204@A1203(BL)(4.1%MgO)astheoptimalcatalystafteractivityevaluationunderwaterphenomenon.T
5、hereactionbecomeactiveat200。C,theconversionrateofCOreached100%,theselectivityofCH4reached99.05%,underthephenomenonwithoutwater.Thereactionbecomeactiveat220。C,theconversionrateofCOreached100%,theselectivityofCI-t4reached98.12%,underthephenomenonwith25v01
6、%waterABSTRACTinreactiongases.After1572hourscontinuousstabilityreaction,thecatalystcanstillperformancewell.Thatistosaythatthiscatalysthasaverybroadprospectinindustry.WefindthattheoptimumcontentofNiOis26.1%byloadingdifferentcontentsofNiO(7.5%,11.2%,18.7,
