1、椎体骨质疏松压缩性骨折经椎体后凸成形术(PKP)与保守治疗效果对照卢俊杰张民泽(通讯作者)(延安大学附属医院骨科陕西延安716000)【摘要】冃的探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)与保守治疗骨质疏松导致椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法选择2013年1月至2014年1月在我院骨科治疗的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者44例，其屮行(PKP)治疗20例(观察组)，保守治疗24例(对照组)，分析比较两组治疗前及治疗后1周，1月，3月，6月的视觉疼痛评分(VAS)及椎体高度恢复，同时比较下地活动时间，住院天数及并发症方面的差别。结果两组患者VAS评分术前和术后6个月比较无统计学意义(
2、P>0.05),但在1周，3个月有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且具有下地活动时间早，住院时间短，并发症少的优势，但费用较高。结论两种方法治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的远期疗效均能达到很好的效果，但PKP治疗的短期疗效明显优于保守治疗，又可早期下床活动，减少并发症的发生，值得临床医生应用推广。【关键词】椎体骨质疏松压缩性骨折疼痛经椎体后凸成形术(PKP)保守治疗【中图分类号】R687【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2014)23-0055-02Vertebralosteoporosiscompressionfracturesafterver
