1、替吉奥联合多西他赛和顺铂治疗进展期胃癌的临床观察邱国钦，许丽贞，林智才，陈玉强摘要目的：观察国产替吉奥联合多西他赛和顺铂（DCS方案）一线治疗进展期胃癌的有效性及安全性。方法：治疗组24例进展期胃癌患者采用DCS方案化疗；以同期采用多西他赛、顺铂、亚叶酸钙及氟尿嘧啶方案（DCF方案）化疗的24例进展期胃癌患者为对照组；至少3个周期后评价疗效及不良反应。结果：48例均可评价；治疗组的近期有效率（RR）为83.3%，优于对照组的54.2%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组中位TTP和MST分别为7.5个月和12.1个月，均高于对照组的5.6个月和8.4个月；治疗
