1、4肾炎四味片可减轻5/6肾切除大鼠的肾脏纤维化迟雁青,林海英,张涛,刘茂东,王保兴,李英(050051河北石家庄,河北医科大学第三医院肾内科)[摘要]目的观察肾炎四味片对5/6肾切除大鼠肾组织核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达的影响。方法24只Wistar大鼠随机分成假手术组(A组)、模型组(B组)、干预组(C组)、空白对照组(D组),C、D两组术后3天予肾炎四味片灌胃,术后第90天处死,RealTimePCR和westernblot分别测定组织中NF-κB、TGF-β1的mRNA和蛋白表达水平。结果
2、与A组相比,B组的NF-κB、TGF-β1的mRNA和蛋白水平表达增强,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),C组虽然高于A组(P<0.05),但其表达低于B组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);免疫组化结果类似。NF-κB、TGF-β1二者的表达存在密切关系。结论肾炎四味片可能通过下调NF-κB、TGF-β1的mRNA和蛋白的表达发挥治疗肾脏纤维化的作用。[关键词]肾炎四味片;5/6肾切除大鼠;肾纤维化;核转录因子-κB;转化生长因子-β1[中图法分类号]R331;R332;R692.30.53;R693.206[文献标志码]AShenyan
