1、4肾炎四味片可减轻5/6肾切除大鼠的肾脏纤维化迟雁青，林海英，张涛，刘茂东，王保兴，李英(050051河北石家庄，河北医科大学第三医院肾内科)［摘要］目的观察肾炎四味片对5/6肾切除大鼠肾组织核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达的影响。方法24只Wistar大鼠随机分成假手术组(A组)、模型组(B组)、干预组(C组)、空白对照组(D组)，C、D两组术后3天予肾炎四味片灌胃，术后第90天处死，RealTimePCR和westernblot分别测定组织中NF-κB、TGF-β1的mRNA和蛋白表达水平。结果
2、与A组相比，B组的NF-κB、TGF-β1的mRNA和蛋白水平表达增强，具有统计学差异(P＜0.05)，C组虽然高于A组(P＜0.05)，但其表达低于B组，具有统计学差异(P＜0.05)；免疫组化结果类似。NF-κB、TGF-β1二者的表达存在密切关系。结论肾炎四味片可能通过下调NF-κB、TGF-β1的mRNA和蛋白的表达发挥治疗肾脏纤维化的作用。［关键词］肾炎四味片；5/6肾切除大鼠；肾纤维化；核转录因子-κB；转化生长因子-β1［中图法分类号］R331;R332;R692.30.53;R693.206［文献标志码］AShenyan
