4、oweeks,andthreeweeksafteripScellstransplantation.Theexpressionofconnexin43inmicegroupswerecheckedbyimmunohistochemistrymethod,andhalfqualityanalysiswascarryoutthroughthesoftwareofImageProplus.RESULTS:Attwoweeksaftertransplantation，theQ-TintervaloflimbleadIIsurfaceECGofthegroupofAMI+ipSw

5、asobviouslyshortedcomparedwithmodelgroup,andallhadsignificantdifferencebetweentwogroups.Therewerenodifferencebetweeneverygroupsaftertwoweekandthreeweektransplantation.Theexpressionofconnexin43wasobviouslyhigherthanthemodelgroupintheresultofimmunohistochemistry.CONCLUSION:Comparedwiththe

6、fibroblasts,theipScellstransplantationaftertwoweekcanacceleratetheexpressionofconnexin43inmiceofacutemyocardialinfarction.TheQ-Tintervalwhichhadbeenprolongedwassignificantlyshortedaftertwoweektransplantation,andthenimprovetheelectricalactivityofcardiactissueandenhanceitspotentialstabili
