1、胸腺肽促进人脐静脉血管内皮细胞增殖及合成VEGF的初步研究田尚昆，陶小红，向洪洲，王元虎(400016重庆重庆医科大学附属第一医院消化内科)【摘要】目的探讨胸腺肽(Thymosinαl，Tα1)对促进人脐静脉血管内皮细胞(humanumbilicalveinvesselendothelialcells，HUVECs)增殖的影响以及刺激VEGF的合成情况。方法体外培养HUVECs细胞系，采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝法（MTT）法测定HUVECs的增殖情况，以流式细胞仪检测细胞周期,Westernblot检测血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在HUVECs的合
2、成。结果胸腺肽能促进血管内皮细胞的增殖；S期、G2/G1期细胞增多；胸腺肽明显刺激VEGF在血管内皮细胞中的合成。结论Tα1能促进HUVECs的增殖及增强血管内皮细胞内VEGF的合成和分泌，在创伤组织修复过程中可能发挥促新生血管形成的作用。【关键词】胸腺肽；血管内皮细胞；血管内皮细胞生长因子；细胞增殖【中图法分类号】【文献标识码】AThymosinα1alincreasesproliferationandVEGFthesynthesisofvascularendothelialgrowthfactorinhumanumbilicalveinve
