3、aldomain,the‘power’domain,thecognitivedomainandtheperformancedomain.Theaffectivedomainaimsto‘formattitudes,awakenanddevelopattention,sensitivity,curiosity,interestandaestheticresponse’,asDonmall(1985)writes(p.7;citedinJames&Garrett,1998,p.13).ThesocialdomainofLA,accordingtoDonmall(1985

4、),canbeusedto‘fosterbetterrelationsbetweenallethnicgroupsbyarousingpupils’awarenessoftheoriginsandcharacteristicsoftheirownlanguageanddialectandtheirplaceinthewidermap5oflanguagesanddialectsusedintheworldbeyond.’(p.8;citedinJames&Garrett,1998,p.13).ToquoteJames&Garrett(1998),theaimsofo
