2、不能满足思想政治教育的实际需要，思想政治教育的成效在一定程度上有所削弱。在这一情况下，隐性思想政治教育作为一种于显性思想政治教育相对应的教育方法获得了教育界的普遍重视，并被实际运用到大学生思想政治教育的实际工作中。　随着社会的发展变化,隐性思想政治教育的作用逐渐凸显,成为当前高校思想政治工作研究的新课题，思想工作要实现人对思想的转化，在目前形势下，除加强显性教育之外，还需要更加注重隐性教育，需要用润物细无声的方式，潜移默化地改变大学生的思想观念，起到恒久的教育作用。关键词：高校；隐性教育；思想政治教育；途径.....页脚.....页眉A
