1、经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切治疗浅表膀胱肿瘤60例[摘要]目的探讨经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切治疗浅表膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年1月〜2013年12月收治的60例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切治疗,就所有患者临床诊治资料进行了回顾性分析,着重总结经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切治疗浅表膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。结果60例患者经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切术均一次性实施成功,手术实施用时为15〜60min,平均用时为(30.0±5.0)min。术中6例(10.0%)患者发生闭孔神经反射,其中2例患者并发膀胱腹膜外穿孔损伤,处理
2、后愈合。60例患者术后并未发生大出血、电切综合征及尿道狭窄等并发症,无肿瘤残余。随访2年6例患者肿瘤复发,复发率为10.0%。结论经尿道超脉冲等离子体双极电切治疗浅表膀胱肿瘤具有极为显著的临床疗效,治疗后并发症较少,安全性较高,可推广应用。[关键词]浅表性膀胱肿瘤;等离子体双极电切术;疗效分类号]R737.14[文献标识码]B[文章编号]2095-0616(2014)16-182-03Ananalysisoftransurethralultra-pulsedbipolarplasmakineticresectioninthetreatmentof60casesofsup
