1、47例耳鼻喉术后感染影响因素分析(成都市丙区医院耳鼻喉科四川成都610031)【摘要】目的：观察并分析耳鼻喉术后感染影响因素，为临床上降低耳鼻喉术后感染提供借鉴。方法：选取木院2012年5月~2015年4月收治的耳鼻喉手术患者1256例，对其进行手术后的感染监测，并分析耳鼻喉患者术后感染影响因素。结果:经统计学分析可知，共有47例患者出现术后感染，感染率为3.74%,其中20例为呼吸系统感染，占42.55%,16例为泌尿系统感染，占34.04%,8例消化系统感染，占17.02%,3例为其他感染，占6.38%;手术的时间、手术的部位、抗菌药的使用时间、感染的
2、并发部位以及住院的时间是耳鼻喉术后感染的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论：缩短手术和住院的时间、严格无菌操作以及合理使用抗菌药可以有效抑制耳鼻喉术后感染的发生，改善临床治疗效果。【关键词】耳鼻喉；术后感染；影响因素【中图分类号】R472.3【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1004-6194(2015)02-0038-01[Abstract]Objective：Toobserveandexploretheinfluencingfactorsofthepostoperativeinfectionsinthepatientsundergoingearnosethr
