1、盐酸氨漠索治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果观察［摘要］目的探讨盐酸氨澳索治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法选取木院儿科2013年1月〜2014年1月收治的83例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿，采用数字表抽取法随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n二43),对照组给予吸氧、积极抗病毒和抗感染等对症支持治疗方案，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用盐酸氨漠索治疗方案，比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组总冇效率为93.0%,对照组总冇效率为75.0%,差异冇统计学意义(1X0.05)。观察组湿?音、哮鸣音消失时间，氧疗时间及住院时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计
