1、摘要经过几十年的发展，知识服务（knowledgeservice)使人们使用图书馆的方式产生了重大变化。这一变化，促进了图书馆事业和信息服务业的现代化发展。同时，信息技术时代的到来，导致并促成泛在知识环境（ubiquitousknowledgeenvironments)的产生与形成，从而给图书馆知识服务带来新的机遇与挑战。目前，虽然国内外对知识服务己经进行了大量研究，但是泛在知识环境下知识服务研究相对甚少。基于此，本文通过大量的文献调研、案例分析等多种研究方法，探讨了泛在知识环境下图书馆知识服务模式，并以中国国家图书（NationalLibraryofChina)为例，说明泛

2、在知识环境下的图书馆知识服务。首先，对泛在知识环境及图书馆知识服务的相关理论进行梳理，明确其涵义及特征。其次，对现行的图书馆知识服务模式进行分析，探讨泛在知识环境给知识服务带来的机遇与挑战，并进一步认识泛在知识环境下的图书馆知识服务。最后，对泛在知识环境下的图书馆知识服务模式进行探讨，并以中国国家图书馆为例，说明其在泛在知识环境下的知识服务，期望能对图书馆界的知识服务提供一些理论和实践借鉴。关键词：泛在知识环境图书馆知识服务AbstractFordecades'development,theknowledgeserviceplayssignificantroleonthema
