1、无创机械通气治疗心源性肺水肿临床效果观四川省成都市第五人民医院重症医学科四川成都611130【摘要目的】探讨分析无创机械通气治疗心源性肺水肿临床效果。方法随机选取2014年3月~2016年3月我院收治的心源性肺水肿患者60例，按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组，各30例，对照组患者采用有创机械通气治疗方案进行治疗，观察组患者采用无创机械通气治疗方案进行治疗。比较分析两组患者在治疗前后的呼吸频率、心率、氧气分压、血氧饱和度和二氧化碳分压等临床指标，两组患者的症状缓解时间、机械通气时间和死亡率。结果对照组患者的症状缓解时间明显久于观察组，
2、机械通气时间明显长于观察组，两组比较有显著性差异；观察组患者在无创通气后氧气分压、血氧饱和度显著提高，二氧化碳分压显著降低，呼吸和心率趋于稳定，所有指标在治疗前后均只有显著性差异(P<0.05)；对照组患者采用有创通气治疗，死亡率为43.3%,观察组患者采用无创通气治疗，死亡率为16.7%,两组患者的死亡率具有显著性差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论无创机械通气治疗心源性肺水肿临床效果显著，能够显著降低症状缓解时间和缩短机械通气时间，使得患者死亡率大大降低，值得在临床上推广应用。【关键词1无创机械通气；心源性肺水肿；临
