1、扌尧骨头切除与置换治疗MasonIII型扌尧骨头骨折的疗效对比分析［摘要］目的分析橈骨头切除和人工橈骨头置换方法治疗橈骨头粉碎性骨折（MasonIII型）的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2009年9月〜2014年12月收治的32例橈骨头粉碎性骨折的临床资料，其中行橈骨头切除17例（切除组），人工橈骨头置换15例（置换组），平均随访10个月（6〜18个月）。根据Broberg-Morrey评分系统、两组住院天数、住院费用等进行对比评价。结果两组均获得满意疗效，两组活动度和功能评分相近。橈骨头切除组住院天数少，治疗费用低；置换组可早期重建肘关节，后期并发症少。结论橈骨头切除与置换均可获得满意
