1、儿泻停颗粒佐治婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻临床分析摘要：0的观察儿泻停颗粒佐治婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻的临床疗效。方法采用随机、开放、平行对照的临床试验方法，连续纳入180例2013年1月〜2014年12月在我院消化专科考虑抗生素相关性腹泻病的患儿，随机分成A酪酸梭菌组、B儿泻停组、C酪酸梭菌+儿泻停组，三组均口服蒙脱石散、0RS治疗，及其他对症处理，观察并比较治疗后第3d及第5d的疗效及药物相关不良反应。结果169例完成了观察，其中A组56例，B组55例，C组58例，三组患儿在年龄、性别构成、体重、病程、病情
2、轻重程度等方面均无统计学差异(P〉0.05),三组第3d和第5d的治愈率分别为A组16.07%、28.57%,B组14.55%、25.45%,C组25.86%、43.10%；总有效率分别为A组55.36%、67.86%,B组49.09%、67.27%,C组68.97%、81.03%。运用SAS9.3软件，以A组力对照组进行单因素与多因素logistic回归分析，经校正其他变量后，C组第3d0R治愈(95%C1)=3.796(1.163,12.386),OR有效(95%CI)=2.926(1.212,7.
3、061)，第5dOR治愈(95%CI)=2.453(1.013,5.942),OR有效(95%CI)=3.163(1.153,8.679)，提示C?M疗效优于A组，B组与A组疗效差异无统计学意义，观察期间未见明显药物相关不良反应。结论儿泻停颗粒治疗婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻疗效与酪酸梭菌相似，儿泻停颗粒联合酪酸梭菌治疗的效果优子酪酸梭菌治疗组，可使婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻治愈的概率增加，安全性好。关键词：儿泻停颗粒；酪酸梭菌；抗生素相关性腹泻Abstract:ObjectiveToobserveErxieti
