1、产褥期结核性脑膜炎患者治疗前后脑脊液动态变化的研究李积杰(青海省第四人民医院急诊科青海丙宁810000)【摘要】目的：观察产褥期结核性脑膜炎患者治疗前后脑脊液的动态变化情况。方法：对我院2012年8月至2014年8月接收的45例产褥期结核性脑膜炎患者的治疗前、治疗7d后、治疗14d后的脑脊液细胞学指标(有核细胞数、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞)、生化指标(葡萄糖、氯离子、脑脊液蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶、腺苷脱氨酶)及脑脊液常规检测等进行回顾性分析。结果：治疗前、治疗7d后、治疗14d后的脑脊液其余各项细胞学指标及各项生化指标对比，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中，治疗7d后的有
2、核细胞数、中性粒细胞、葡萄糖、乳酸脱氢酶、腺苷脱氨酶、脑脊液蛋白等指标水平均明显下降，而淋巴细胞、单核细胞及氯离子等指标水平均显著升高；与治疗7d后相比，治疗14d后患者的大部分脑脊液细胞学指标与生化指标水平均无明显改变，仅乳酸脱氢酶、腺苷脱氨酶等指标水平出现显著降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：产褥期结核性脑膜炎患者治疗前后脑脊液出现显著的改变，检测脑脊液各项指标对于临床的诊断及疗效的评估具有重要的意义。【关键词】结核性脑膜炎；产褥期；脑脊液；动态变化【中图分类号】R52【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1004-6194(2015)01-0128-02Studyondy
