1、冻融胚胎移植三种内膜准备方式临床结局分析(上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院200011)【摘要】目的:比较冻融胚胎移植周期三种内膜准备方式的临床结局。方法:比较三种内膜准备方式A组自然周期、B组促排卵周期、C组激素替代周期的冻融胚胎移植的临床妊娠率、种植率、流产率、宫外孕率、继续妊娠率。结果:共完成841个冻融胚胎移植周期,其中A组170个,B组251个,C组403个。三组临床妊娠率,种植率,流产率,宫外孕率,继续妊娠率组间比较均无显著差异。三组移植卵裂期胚胎周期组间比较在临床妊娠率、种植率、流产率、宫外孕率、继续妊娠率相比差异均无显著
2、性,三组移植囊胚周期组间比较在临床妊娠率、种植率、流产率、继续妊娠率相比差异均无显著性。囊胚移植在各组中均无宫外孕发生。结论:冻融胚胎移植三种内膜准备方式均有效可靠,临床可根据患者不同情况合理选择。【关键词】冻融胚胎;内膜准备Objective:Toassesstheclinicaloutcomesofthreedifferentendometrialpreparationmethodsusedinfrozen-thawedembryotransfer(FET)treatment.Methods:Threedifferentendomet
3、rialpreparationmethodsusedinFETtreatmentwereassessedinthestudy.TheyarenaturalcycleFET(groupA),ovulationinductioncycleFET(groupB),hormonereplacementartificialcycle(groupC).Thedifferentendometrialpreparationmethodswerecomparedbasedonclinicalpregnancyrate,implantationrate,mi
4、scarriagerate,ectopicpregnancyrateandongoingpregnancyrate.Result:From2014.1to2014.12,atotalof841FETtreatmentswerecompletedandincludedinthisreview.Among841completedFETtreatments,170patientsingroupAunderwentNC-FET,251patientsingroupBunderwentovulationinductioncycleFETand403
5、patientsingroupCunderwentAC-FET.Clinicalpregnancyrates,implantationratesforgroupA,BandCwere37%(115/311),41.6%(198/476),35.5%(267/753)respectively;miscarriageratesforgroupA,BandCwere9.1%(8/88),9.9%(14/142),8.7%(18/208)respectively;ectopicpregnancyratesforgroupA,BandCwere3.
6、4%(3/88),0.7%(1/142),1.9%(4/208)respectively;andongoingpregnancyrateforgroupA,BandCwere45.3%(77/170),50.6%(127/251),46.2%(186/403)respectively.Nosignificantdifferencewasobservedamongallthreegroups.Forcleavagestageembryotransfer,nosignificantdifferencewasfoundinclinicalpre
7、gnancyrate,implantationrate,miscarriagerate,ectopicpregnancyrate,andongoingpregnancyrate.Forblastocyststagetransfer,nosignificantdifferencewasfoundinclinicalpregnancyrate,implantationrate,abortionrate,andongoingpregnancyrate.Also,forblastocyststageembryotransfer,noectopic
