1、丙戊酸钠联合平痫颗粒与卡马西平联合恩必普治疗脑卒中后癫痫的临床疗效、对患者认知功能的改善及安全性对比陈静【摘要】目的分析和探讨丙戊酸钠联合平痫颗粒与卡马西平联合恩必普治疗脑卒屮后癫痫(EAS)的临床疗效、对患者认知功能的改善及安全性。方法选取我院2013年3月~2014年3月收治的82例脑卒屮后癫痫患者，通过随机数字表法分为甲组(n=41)和乙组(n=41),甲组患者采用卡马西平联合恩必普治疗，乙组患者采用丙戊酸钠联合平痫颗粒治疗，对两组患者临床治疗效果、认知功能改善及不良反应发生情况进行分析。结果甲组患者治疗有效率75.61%,较乙组87.80%更低(P<0.05);甲组患

2、者认知功能改善明显优于乙组(P<0.05)；两组患者不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>；0.05)o结论针对脑卒屮沿癫痫患者，丙戊酸钠联合平痫颗粒与卡马西平联合恩必普均能实现不错的临床效果，前者治疗效果优于后者，后者认知功能改善优于前后，两种方法治疗不良反应少，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】脑卒中后癫痫；丙戊酸钠；平痫颗粒；卡马西平；恩必普；认知功能；临床疗效CombinedwithsodiumvalproatePingxiangranulesandcarbamazepinecombinedgracewillbeuniversalinthetreatmentofp
