1、一次性包皮吻合器行包皮环切术和传统包皮环切术临床疗效比较【摘要】目的探讨一次性包皮吻合器行包皮环切术与传统包皮环切术临床疗效差异，为临床应用提供参考依据。方法450例包茎患者，随机分为研宄组和对照组。研宄组给予一次性包皮吻合器行包皮环切术；对照组采用令魍嘲令皮环切术。比较两组手术基本情况及并发症发生情况。结果研究组手术时间为min、术中出血量为ml、术后疼痛评分为分、愈合时间为d，均显著低于对照组的min、ml、分、d，差异具有统计学意义。研宄组患者中仅发生2例切口裂开、1例血肿，并发症发生率为1%，对

2、照组患者中切口裂开3例、感染2例、血肿4例，并发症发生率为6%，研究组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。结论一次性包皮吻合器行包皮环切术应用于包茎治疗中，术中、术后表现更好，并发症更少，临床效果肯定，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】一次性包皮吻合器；包皮环切术；传统包皮环切术；包茎DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.ll-5547/r.2017.17.017Comparisonofclinicaleffectbetweendisposableforeskinanastomatforci
