2、4groupsaccordingtoetiology:centralexudativechorioretinopathygroup，retinalveinocclusiongroup，posterioruveitisgroup，diabeticretinopathygroup.4groupsweresufferingfrom20mgtriamcinolacetonideperibulbarinjection.After1week，1month，3months，observevisualacuity，intraocularpressur

3、e，fundusandmacularretinalthicknesschanges.Results：Thereare20eyesvisualacuityimprovedaftertreatment，noeyesightdecline，therearetwocasesinthepost-injectionvisualacuitynotimproved.22eyesOCTexamination，macularedemawerereduced.22eyesaftertreatmenttheintraocularpressurewerewit

4、hinthenormallevel.22eyesdidnotoccurdrug-relatedadversereactionsafterinjection.TherewasnosignificantdifferencewithrespecttothedecreaseinthecentralfovealthicknessandincreaseinthevisualacuitybetweentheperibulbarinjectionTAgroupandtheIVTAgroup.Conclusion:Peribulbarinjection
