2、gforceintheVEMindustry.However,someweaknessofitinthecompanyoperation,suchasthehighcommodityprices,severedamageofthemachines,weaksupportfromitssuppliersandlackofmarketingexperienceleadtoaslowdevelopmentandsmallprofit.Since2011,TAIGNstartedwithanewstrategywhichengagedthecompanyintodifferenti
3、ndustryandbusinessinthesametime,liketherefrigeratormanufacturing,ITindustry,estateindustryandsoon.Butallthesedidnotsucceed,andevengetthecompanyintoanembarrasssituationinwhichitscashflowwasalmostbroken.Therefore,thisessaywillmakeadetailedanalyzingbythetoolsofEFE,IFEandSWOTtheopportunitiesan
