2、roductsacrossthedailynecessities,electricalappliances,cosmetics,healthfood,medicalsuppliesandotherindustriesanditscustomersacrossthousandsofhouseholds.Avonastheworld'soldestdirectsellingcompanyhascompetedwithsomeinternationalgiants,likeAmway,Marykay,Tupperware,Herbalife

3、,anddomesticdirectmarketingupstarts,likeTiens,PerfectandPro-healthinthesameperiod.Sofiercecompetitioncomesintobeing,thelargeandsmall,nearly100DirectSellingCompanies(ofwhich43companieshaveobtaineddirectsellinglicenses)alsowantedtheirpoundsofflesh.IfAvonwantstoconsolidate

4、itsmarketinthecompetitionandownshealthydevelopment,thecompanymustbuildamarketattractivesalaryincentivesystemasthebasisandpremiseofdevelopment.Inthecomplexsituationoftheindustryanddealingwiththegreatchallengesfromcompetitors,Avonhastheunprecedenteddevelopmentopportunity.
