3、tore-operatedcalciumchannel(SOCC)ismainlyresponsiblefortheimbalanceofintra-calciuminsmoothmuscelcells.SOCCiscomposedofOraiproteinfamily,anditsactivationisreliedonstromalinteractionmolecule(STIM)whichisacalciumsensoronendoplasmicreticulum.Chronichypoxiacanselective
4、lyupregulatetheexpressionofSTIM1andOrai1protein,thereforetookpartinthediseaseprogressionofpulmonaryhypertension.SodiumtanshinoneIIAsulfonate(STS)isthesulfatedformofSodiumtanshinoneIIAthatistheeffectiveconstituentofSalviamiltiorrhiza.RecentresearchesfoundthatSTShav
5、eprotectiveeffecttowardshypoxicpulmonaryhypertensionwhichincludedecreasingmPAP,alleviatingpulmonaryarterysmoothmusclethickeningandrightventriclehypertrophy,butthemechanismremainsunknown.ObjectiveTheexperimentestablishedthehypoxiccellularmodelofpulmonaryarterysmoot
