2、各组于术前7天每晚睡前分别口服安慰剂1片及普伐他汀10mg，20mg，40mg。于口服普伐他汀前（T0），麻醉诱导前（T1），主动脉开放即刻（T2），主动脉开放后2h（T3）、24h（T4）、48h（T5）采取中心静脉血标本；检测心肌肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）浓度和磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）的活性。记录主动脉开放后心脏复跳情况及正性肌力药物多巴胺（≥5ug/kg/min）和肾上腺素的应用情况。结果与安慰剂组比较，P2组和P3组在T2、T3、T4、T5时点CK-MB和cTnI差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；P3组在心脏
