3、gicalcontracttheory,usingliteratureresearchmethod,comparativeanalysismethod,questionnairesurveymethodandempiricalanalysismethodtoanalyzetherelationshipbetweentheviolationofpsychologicalcontractandturnoverintention.ThisresearchinvestigatesXi'anemployeeswi
4、ththequestionnaire,whichanalyzestheusefuldataofrecyclingquestionnaire,combiningwithSPSSsoftware.Thetesttableshavegoodreliabilityandvalidity,toensuretheaccuracyandreliabilityofthetest.Thispapergetsthefactorscoresofemployee'spsychologicalcontractviolation,
5、enterprise'spsychologicalcontractviolationandemployee'sturnoverintentionthroughthefactoranalysismethod.TheresearchusestheindependentsamplesTtesttoverifytherelationshipbetweenthegenderandthepsychologicalcontractviolationofemployees,andtoverifytherelations
