2、inglynoticeable.Also,requirementsfromelectricityconsumersforhighersupplyreliability,excellentpowerqualityandsatisfactoryserviceshaveemerged.Inthisscenario,twomaincharacteristicsofChinesepowergridsarededuced.Thefirstoneisthatthegridswillremainthetrendofrapiddevelopmentforalongperiodof
3、time.ThesecondoneisthatChinesepowergridmusttaketheroadofconstructingstronggrids.ThesestronggridshaveUHVgridsastheirbackbonesandaresupportedbycoordinateddevelopmentofgridsatdifferentvoltagelevels.BasedontheanalysisofthenecessitiesandthebasicconditionsofsmartgriddevelopmentinChina,thep
4、aperprovidesanin-depthunderstandingofthefourfollowingaspectsthatshouldbecorrectlydealtwith:constructingstrongandsmartgridwithChinesecharacteristics,scientificallyplanningthetemporalordersofintellectualizingtransmissionanddistributionsystems,designingtheintegrationofinformationproject
